Good-bye 2011, Hel-lo 2012

The year of our Lord two thousand eleven was a little less than stellar.  Frankly, I think that it was one of the toughest years we've had, so it's with very little regret that I'll open the door at midnight to sweep out the old and welcome the new.

However, however, however...  There were some amazing, wonderful life-changing blessings that we'll always remember 2011 for, like:

The Arrival of Jack-Me-Boy

And then, of course, was Paco's gaining of a daughter.

And who can forget our first trip ever to Oklahoma?

The beginning of our cooking blog, Smoochin' In the Kitchen!

Then you throw in the pb&j-smeared kisses, spontaneous dances in the kitchen, and lots of "I love yous" and turns out, 2011 wasn't so bad after all.
